Osmoflo has its own range of specifically formulated chemicals for membrane cleaning and water treatment optimisation.

Osmo-dechlor - Feed water additive to eliminate residual chlorine upstream of membrane filtration equipment.

Osmo-san - A highly effective biocide suitable for use in membrane based treatment plants for commissioning and servicing. Also suitable for medical and pharmaceutical reverse osmosis plants.

Osmoclean CD^® - A low pH powdered formulation designed specifically to remove metal hydroxides, calcium carbonate and other similar scales from reverse osmosis, nanofiltration and ultrafiltration membranes. This highly effective product provides superior cleaning resulting in longer system running times.

Osmoclean DW^® - A high pH powdered formulation designed to removed organics, silts and other particulate deposits from reverse osmosis, nanofiltration and ultrafiltration membranes. This highly effective product provides superior cleaning resulting in longer system running times.

Osmotreat^® - A highly effective antiscalant developed to control scale precipitates and reduce particulate fouling within membrane separation systems. Correct use of this product provides longer running times and extended membrane life resulting in reduced operating and capital costs. Years of use in industrial applications show excellent results in membrane separation processes including reverse osmosis and nanofiltration applications.

Osmotreat SI^® - A proven, high performance antiscalant specifically designed for problematic silica scale. Data shows effective control of silica up to 240ppm. Correct use of this product provides longer run times and extended membrane life resulting in reduced operating and capital costs.

Commodity chemicals include; liquid caustic soda, hydrochloric acid, sodium hypochlorite, sulphuric acid.
