Project Management

At Osmoflo we take pride in the fact that we are more than suppliers of desalination equipment. With a focus on custom design, building and operating we take a "whole of life' philosophy to each and every plant we deliver.

For this reason we are meticulous in our approach to project management. In most industries it is the norm for the team that bids a project to hand over responsibility for delivery as soon as a contract is signed.    

Our highly qualified project managers have input right from the start, from initial design through to commissioning and beyond so that they can understand client and project specific requirements and take full ownership for delivery of the right outcomes over the long term.

Osmoflo will  manage civil works associated with a project, such as buildings, roads and earthworks. This includes follow up in respect of all statutory approvals required, including environmental consents. For large or complex projects with major civil works, we may choose to partner with a construction company, EPC(M) company or consultant, allowing us to concentrate on the desalination solution.
