Operations and Maintenance
Osmoflo delivers operation and maintenance support to 130 plants across Australia and overseas delivering around 95ML of water every day.
Our operation and maintenance agreements are structured to the individual needs of each customer. We can provide an all risk package, which includes;
- complete operation and maintenance of your plant
- technical support
- supply of parts and consumables for ongoing plant running
Our preventative maintenance and asset management systems back up this support to ensure reliable and sustainable operation over the long-term including;
- regular on-site preventative maintenance visits
- attendance to any emergency call outs
- 24 hour service backed up by a highly experienced team of technical support and process engineers
Technical service engineers are assigned to particular plants, subject to a policy of rotation to broaden the skills and capabilities of our personnel.
Operations Control Centre
Osmoflo operates a 24 hour manned control centre for a complete water treatment plant monitoring and control solution. Located at our main facility in Burton, South Australia, our team monitors plants anywhere in the world.
Plants fitted with PlantConnect®, Osmoflo's proprietary software, link plant information back to the centre giving real time performance data, which is consolidated and used to manage maintenance scheduling and overall plant management.
Local Service
Osmoflo services in Australia and overseas are provided by staff located in Adelaide, Brisbane, Darwin, Melbourne, Perth and Sydney. Teams of flexible, mobile technical service personnel are available at short notice.
