Operations Control Centre

All plants are equipped with PlantConnect^® capability, Osmoflo's proprietary remote monitoring and control system which was specifically developed for reverse osmosis plants. It is the single source for plant operations and data storage.

Linked through to our Operations Control Centre  for around the clock supervision  with the ability to make adjustments online, ensuring efficiency and minimising downtime. The system also does away with the need for full time on-site operators, with resultant savings in operation costs.

The on-site and control centre interfaces and  have the following features:

• on-site monitoring of the plant operation
• ability to view instrument readings
• changeable set points, for project specific requirements
• alarm conditions indicators for quick reference
• tiered levels of access for client and Osmoflo technicians

PlantConnect^® can be viewed from a laptop anywhere, any time in real time. This allows for on-line support, changing and re-setting of set points or alarms as required.

The plant is routinely monitored  through the control centre for system performance, with client's provided monthly performance reports, highlighting potential issues that may effect performance.
