Osmoflo has appointed a Board of Directors with wide experience in business management and the industry sectors in which the company operates, to lead its continuing expansion and maintain its position as Australia's largest locally owned desalination company.
The board which came into being in March 2009, meets on a regular basis to provide guidance on governance and on key strategic business decisions. It replaces an Advisory Board initially established when the company was formed in 1991.
The Members of the Board are:
Kingsley Purdie, Chairman - A management accountant, Kingsley has held senior business management roles in North America and the United Kingdom as well as Australia. He has been an advisor to Osmoflo since 2000.
Marc Fabig, Co-founder and Managing Director - Marc and his wife founded Osmoflo in 1991. He has over 20 years experience in the design and operation of high technology water treatment systems.
Graham Dooley, Director - An advisor to Osmoflo since 2008, Graham has many years experience at senior level in public and private sectors within the Australian water industry.
James McKeough, Director - Managing Director of chartered accountants and business advisors William Buck in Adelaide and a Director of William Buck International, James has been an advisor to Osmoflo since 2000.
Larry Mitchell, Executive Director - Finance Director who commenced with with Osmoflo in May 2008 is responsible for the financial and human resource areas. Larry was previously CFO of Australia's largest demolition company and a key driver in a merger, IPO and ASX listing.
